(i) When seizure mahazar will not indicate the name of the road on which the interception made, 

(ii) When weighment not  proved by cogent evidence, 

(iii) The information received which led to the interception of the vehicle not recorded in the General Diary, 

(iv) The Consent Letter for search not referring to the vehicle, 

(v) The non-mentioning of the exact spot from which the recovery of the contraband is effected, 

(vi) Sampling not having been done in the presence of the Magistrate 

(vii) There was no register maintained in the Police Station recording the date and time of keeping the contraband in safe custody. 

(viii) The delay in sending the samples to the Court and from there to the Laboratory.
