  1. Citizens can use the “Know Your Candidates (KYC)” module of ECINet to get the information about criminal cases, assets and liabilities, educational qualifications and the authentic social media handles of candidates.Users can access the KYC module under the “Conduct of Elections” tab of ECINet. They can also download the entire affidavit (Form 26) submitted by the candidates using ECINet.ECINET is the world’s largest electoral service platform bringing all electoral services of the world’s largest democracy together in one seamless experience by integrating 40+ apps & portals of the Election Commission of India. ECINET provides the voters with services, such as voter registration, electoral roll search, Track Your Applications, connect with Election Officials, Book-a-call with BLO, e-EPIC download, polling trends, and grievance redressal on one secure platform.
  2. Union Minister for Science and Technology Dr. Jitendra Singh inaugurated the BIRAC-BioNEST Incubation Centre at “Central Food Technology & Research Institute” (CFTRI). The BioNEST Incubation Centre is expected to boost Food Startups, support advanced research, scale-up validation and regulatory facilitation in food bioprocessing and biotechnology, enabling conversion of scientific ideas into market-ready solutions. 
  3. India’s agricultural sector continues to play a pivotal role in sustaining rural livelihoods, ensuring economic resilience, and safeguarding national food security. Agriculture and allied activities account for nearly one-fifth of the country’s gross value added at current prices, employ approximately 46.1 percent of the workforce, and support close to 55 percent of the population, underscoring their substantial socio-economic significance. Over the past five years, the sector has achieved an average annual growth rate of around 4.4 percent at constant prices, reflecting enhanced expansion supported by improved farm practices, technological integration, and more resilient production systems.
  4. Launched under the Government of India’s Ek Bharat Shreshtha Bharat (EBSB) initiative, Yuva Sangam is a youth exchange programme that brings young people from different parts of the country together. It is designed for those aged 18–30 years, including students, National Service Scheme and Nehru Yuva Kendra Sangathan volunteers, and young professionals. Anchored by the Ministry of Education and implemented through Higher Education Institutions, it creates a structured platform for youth engagement across regions.
  5. Ek Bharat Shreshtha Bharat (EBSB) – Launched on 31st October 2015, on the occasion of Rashtriya Ekta Diwas to commemorate the birth anniversary of Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel, Ek Bharat Shreshtha Bharat (EBSB) was envisioned to strengthen national unity by deepening connections between States and Union Territories. It recognises that India’s diversity is best understood not in theory, but through shared experience.
